Recently browsing the NZ Herald website we spotted Emily Harris wearing one of Kolektiv’s Wind Farm t-shirts. Looking further into it we see Emily is one of those girls making a difference in New Zealand with her roof-top planting initiative. We here at Kolektiv feel it is an extremely significant concept and we are sure it is something that is going to catch on and take off! Watch the youtube video below and you’ll see its positive effects in creating a better city and a better world that we all live in.

Kolektiv respect Emily :)

Emily-Harris        Wind Farm - Kelly

"I'm Emily Harris, and I'm trying to make Auckland rooftops green.

I worked as a lawyer for a couple of years, but I realised that wasn't really what I wanted to do. I wanted to make more of a contribution to my community and our environment, so I decided to establish rooftop gardens on buildings in Auckland City.

To succeed, I'm going to need support from other people. This isn't something I can do on my own. I need rooftops to plant on and people to help me with the gardens. It's something that we can do together in the community. So join me in making this Pure Future happen."

Watch the clip below to see her short video about Emily's wonderful initiative.
