Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
At the moment we are just accepting PayPal.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally we will try and dispatch an order within 24hrs of receiving it during the business week. Once shipped you can expect 2-3days until you see you awesome out of this world t-shirt. Occasionally there are unforseen circumstances with orders. If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will send you an email to let you know what's up from our end.
Q. How do you ship your orders?
We use Courier Post for all our deliveries in New Zealand. See here for our Shipping/Returns page
Q. How much does shipping cost?
In New Zealand we ship for a flat rate of $5. However, if you spend over $100 on our site then you qualify for FREE shipping. For more info see our Shipping/Returns page.
Q. Can I track my order?
Yes. Log into your account and you will see a tracking number. Head on over to the Courier Post website and you will be able to see the whereabouts and journey of your package.
Q. Can I order by phone or mail?
No. Sorry at this time we so not accept orders from these two sources.
Q. What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on all items. Item must be returned in new condition. New is defined as unworn and unwashed. Customer to pay all shipping and handling charges. Please refer to our Shipping/Returns page.
Q. How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return. Occasionally a stocked item has disappeared so there will be a slight delay with your return. If this is the case we will contact you.
Q. What kind of shirts do you use to print your designs on?
We use a few different t-shirts for our printing bringing you an excellent range of colours and fits. Please view our Garment Info page for more information regarding this.
Q. What print method is used on your t-shirts?
We screen-print all our t-shirts using mostly plastisol ink, which has a superior print quality and should last the life of your garment through many washes in the machine. Occasionally we'll use waterbased inks in our printing, which we'll mention on the purchase page in the description if the design has this.
Q. What size should I buy?
Please view our Garment Info page for the answer. There are many variables with t-shirts so it would too long to answer here.
Q. If an item is out of stock, when will it be available again?
Generally we have items restocked within 2 weeks. But because of the ceaseless design flow and input from designers we like to keep the designs fresh and moving along. We try to keep designs in stock but unfortunately it is not always possible, but in saying that there is always a chance of an old classic coming back. Send us an email if you haven't seen a design for a while and we'll let you know what is happening.
Q. Do you sell your shirts wholesale?

Q. I have a design idea for a shirt, do you accept designs?
Sure, head on over to the Submit Design page and see if it's your cup-o-tea. We pay cash. We like designs.
Q. I want to model your clothes, how do I do that?
Great! Contact us and we'll look into it.
