Ganesh
Ganesh or Ganapati son of Shiva and Parvati. The remover of obstacles, guide of prosperity and lord of the Muladhara. He is the sweet Indian deity that goes by the uniquely half elephant half man and is well known in Indian scriptures. It would take many pages to describe Ganesh in detail. The preserver of Life and God of Prosperity, the sweets he holds are symbolic of the sweetness of the inner realized self.
