At kolektiv.co.nz we believe that anyone anywhere in the world should be able to enjoy our designer tees, so that is why we will happily ship globally too. There are a few things to note though so check out the info below.

Shipping inside of New Zealand

We use good old reliable Courier Post for all our orders within New Zealand; they ship for us at a flat rate of $5.00. We try to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of receiving them. If for some reason we don’t have a particular item in stock then we will inform you and try and get it out to you as soon as possible. It will never be that long until we have something in stock again. Sometimes shipping times vary and especially around the silly season of Christmas you might expect a slight delay with your order but you’ll still receive it on your doorstep within 4 - 8 days max.

Inside New Zealand orders are shipped at a standard rate of $5.00

Delivery Policy

Items in stock will usually be despatched within 24hrs of receiving your order during the business week. You can expect to see your package with 2 - 3 days following this. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless you contact us to request one.

What about Free Shipping?

We have a free shipping option on domestic orders. To be eligible for this you’ll need to spend $100 or more (after discounts are applied). This will be calculated automatically at the time of checkout. Orders shipped with the free shipping option are sent out on our regular courier post service, so again you can expect 2-3 days.

Can I track my shipment?

Sure. Log in to your account and you will be able to see the tracking number on your order. Head on over to the Courier Post website and follow your order online, from here to there!

Shipping Internationally

Can do. Everyone outside of New Zealand can happily enjoy Kolektiv goodies. There are few things to note with International Shipping. Shipping Rates vary depending on how much you have ordered and the delivery type you have specified. Our standard and express rates are as follows:

Standard Delivery: Sent via standard International Air Post, delivery time is approximately 3-6 days, once it has been dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse. However customs can cause delays so we cannot guarantee shipment times.

Express Delivery: Sent via International Express Courier, delivery time is approximately 1-3 days, once it has been dispatched from our New Zealand warehouse. However customs can cause delays so we cannot guarantee shipment times.

Pricing

Please Note: The customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department. Unfortunately, Kolektiv Design Studio has nothing to do with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency.

Australia

We even ship to our good buddies across the Tasman; standard delivery is 4-6 days once we have sent the order from our end. Again you could expect delays during the peak Xmas season.

If the anticipation of getting a new t-shirt is going to kill you then we suggest you go for the express delivery service. That way you’ll be relieved sooner when your package arrives at your door.

We know you’ll enjoy your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied when you receive your order please get in contact with us and we’ll be happy to look after you until everything is fine and dandy. Contact us at: info@kolektiv.co.nz

Returning your purchase.

We want you to be excited with your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the garment(s) to us for an exchange. All garments returned for exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

If we sent you the wrong shirt or the shirt is defective, we'll reimburse you for the cost of shipping it back to us and send you a free replacement.

Exchanged shirts are subject to an additional $5 shipping & handling charge. This is payable by including a cheque with your return order or pay by bank transfer/deposit using your order number as a reference when depositing back into our account. Please inform us by email if you make a bank transfer.

All returns must be made within 30 days* of the shipping date (*website only). We will not accept any returns after the 30-day period. Please include a copy of your invoice with the item you are wishing to exchange and allow up to 10 days for us to get your order sent back out to you. If during your return we have run out of a stocked item then we will wait until it is in stock before shipping it back to you. We will notify you by email if this is the case. We try to keep everything in stock but sometimes everyone and their sister/uncle/brother orders a medium on a given day and we run out. It's never more than 21 days before we get something back in, usually much less. So if we're out, you might just have to wait an extra week. But it's rare. Again we’ll contact you if this is the case.
